A half dozen people are fortunate to be alive after an explosion Thursday rocked a Waukegan strip mall. The roof and walls of Cleopatra's Hair Salon and Tuxedo World collapsed and five people were hospitalized, following an apparent gas explosion at the mall on Grand Avenue.
